Our Journey

Ramasamy Chinnammal Trust was established to improve the livelihood of economically weaker section of the community. Technically skill training in food processing and preservation was conducted to women, farmers, youth and unemployed. Further motivation, guidance and follow up helped to start business with confidence.

Students specialised in food and allied fields through colleges, universities undertake the industrial internship in RCT. Learned experience will help the students to seek employment in food industries and to start own enterprise.

The inbuilt infrastructure with necessary equipment, gadgets and other aspects are available to impart quality training in food and allied activities. The trust owns a training division in an area of 1200 sq.ft. Like-wise product production unit is operated in another 1200 sq.ft. rented building. The training division has infrastructure to conduct online training to the entrepreneurs.

The chief trainer Dr.Saraswathy Eswaran is having nearly 40 years of experience in value addition, new product development and to transfer the technical know-how to entrepreneurs. The Managing Trustee Mr.V.R.Eswaran, B.E. is specialised in group motivation, working out cost economics etc., to fetch a good market share for the new and novel products.

With the available financial resources and contribution charity services are being undertaken for education and medical assistance to the needy members.
